Eyeliner is becoming a popular choice in permanent makeup. its a great way to enhance your eyes and can last up to 3 years. Eyeliner tattoo is performed over 2 sessions. Around 1 and half hours. I use a machine to tattoo a thin line between lashes. I use numbing throughout procedure to keep you comfortable. Eyeliner is a hard tattoo to keep in the skin so 2 appointments are very nessasary.
